  • Health Information (Special Category Data): Your diagnosis, treatment plan (chemo, radiation, etc.), and session notes.

  • Technical Data: IP addresses and cookies if you use my website.

3. Why I Collect It (Lawful Basis)

  • Contract: To fulfil our agreement to provide therapy.

  • Explicit Consent: For processing your health-related information.

  • Legitimate Interests: To manage my business and maintain professional records.

4. How I Store Your Data

All digital records are stored on password-protected, encrypted devices or secure, GDPR-compliant cloud services. Physical notes (if any) are kept in a locked filing cabinet. In accordance with common law and insurance requirements, I retain clinical records for 7 years after your last treatment, after which they are securely destroyed.

Your data is strictly confidential. I will never sell your data. It is only shared if:

  • You give explicit consent (e.g., to update your oncologist).

  • I am legally required to do so (e.g., a court order).

  • There is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
